Gaia Time #4 -Hand Sew your Period Pad (Stuffing)

Sew your period pad instructions for the stuffing

For the Stuffing you can either use Waffle weave Material as shown (I've used cut up and sewn Old thermal vests see Pic before) or an old T-shirt. Something that will go, along with the Period Pad Outer layer, that you've sewn, in the Washing Machine (best washed cold by-hand first).
